Gigi adalah nama sebuah grup musik yang berasal dari Bandung, Indonesia yang mengusung jenis musik pop dan rock. Kelompok ini berdiri pada tanggal 22 Maret 1994, dengan format awal Aria Baron, Thomas Ramdhan, Ronald Fristianto, Dewa Budjana dan Armand Maulana.

Setelah berkiprah selama 11 tahun di blantika musik Indonesia, kelompok ini telah mengalami pergantian personil berkali-kali. Format terakhir (saat ini) kelompok ini adalah:

Sejarah

Grup Band Gigi resmi dibentuk pada tanggal 22 Maret 1994. Pada awalnya Grup Band ini terdiri atas Armand Maulana (vokalis), Thomas Ramdhan (bassis), Dewa Budjana (gitaris), Ronald Fristianto (drummer), dan Baron Arafat (gitaris). Nama "Gigi" sendiri muncul setelah para personilnya tertawa lebar mengomentari nama "Orang Utan" yang nyaris dijadikan nama band ini. Dengan latar belakang musik yang beda-beda, mereka menggabungkannya ke dalam satu musik yang menjadi ciri khas Gigi. Album perdana yang bertema "Angan" dilempar ke pasaran dengan dukungan dari Union Artist/Musica. Pada waktu itu Gigi belum membentuk suatu manajemen artis untuk mengelola kegiatan mereka sehingga untuk mempromosikan album perdana itu, mereka merilis dua single yang sekaligus video klip, yaitu Kuingin dan Angan. Tetapi kedua lagu andalan tersebut tidak banyak mendongkrak angka penjualan. Kurangnya promosi dan tidak adanya pengelolaan manajemen menjadi penyebab utama kegagalan album pertama group musik ini.

Akhirnya mereka membentuk Gigi Management supaya mereka menjadi lebih profesional. Album kedua "Dunia" terbilang sukses di pasaran. Dengan mengandalkan lagu unggulan pertama "Janji", yang terjual sekitar 400.000 copy serta meraih penghargaan sebagai "Kelompok Musik Terbaik". Pada saat ini manajeman Gigi terjadi keretakan dengan Baron. Video klip lagu andalan kedua "Nirwana" dibuat tanpa adanya Baron. Pada September 1995, Baron secara resmi keluar dari Group Band Gigi. Kemudian diikuti keluarnya Thomas dan Ronald yang bulan November 1996. Akhirnya Grup Band Gigi hanya tinggal berdua saja namun tetap berusaha bertahan dan merekrut Opet Alatas (bassis) dan Budhy Haryono drumer). Formasi baru ini memberi warna baru pada Gigi. Pada tahun 1997 mereka mengeluarkan album keempat yang bertema 2x2 dengan menggandeng sejumlah musisi kondang, lokal dan dunia, Antara lain Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big) yang menyumbang permainan basnya yang dahsyat pada lagu mereka (Cry Baby), dan Indra Lesmana juga ikut menyumbang dalam lagu "Tractor". Lagu andalan "Kurindukan" ternyata kurang direspon masyarakat. Keadaan ini tertolong sama dengan adanya tur 100 kota yang menampilkan duet Indra Lesmana dan Gilang Ramadhan sebagai pembukanya.

Sementara itu Thomas yang baru saja keluar dari rehabilitasi kembali ke Jakarta untuk mulai bermain musik lagi. Thomas bahkan membuat kejutan dengan menjadi bintang tamu di konser GIGI "Satu Jam Bersama Gigi" dan konser Gigi di Bandung, dengan bermain bersama di lagu "Janji" dan "Angan". Di konser itu Gigi serasa bernostalgia dengan Thomas, bahkan mereka membawakan satu lagu yang jarang dimainkan yaitu Hasrat.

Pada tanggal 22 Maret 1999 akhirnya Thomas masuk lagi ke Group musik Gigi. Tak lama setelah itu Gigi merilis album keenam yang berjudul "Baik" pada bulan April 1999. Lagu andalan pertamanya adalah "Hinakah".

Bragi adalah grup band Indonesia yang digawangi oleh tiga bersaudara, yaitu Reinaldi Hutomo Wahab alias Aldi (piano, keyboard, vokal), Rendi Krisna alias Rendi (bas), Reza Ario Bima alias Echa (drum dan vokal), dan ditambah dengan Erwin Indrawan alias Erwin (gitar). Aldi, Rendi dan Echa adalah kakak beradik dari keluarga Dimas Wahab, mantan ketua ASIRI. Nama Bragi dipilih atas usulan Echa, setelah mereka lama berkutat mencari nama yang sesuai untuk grup musik mereka. Tanggal 30 Oktober 1996 juga dipilih sebagai hari lahir Bragi.

Awalnya, tiga mahasiswa asal Indonesia di Perth, Australia, kakak-beradik Aldi dan Echa serta teman mereka Taura Sudiro membentuk grup musik. Setelah berhasil membuat beberapa demo, mereka pun kembali ke Indonesia untuk ditawarkan pada para produser. Rendi, adik Aldi dan Echa pun bergabung dan mengisi posisi bas. Setelah mendapat kontrak rekaman, dan proses rekaman berjalan, Taura mengundurkan diri dengan alasan ingin konsentrasi menyelesaikan studinya di Australia. Erwin pun digaet untuk menggantikan posisinya. Sayang, setelah formasi lengkap, mereka malah mendapat masalah dengan pihak produsernya. Mereka pun merombak beberapa lagu untuk menawarkan ke produser-produser yang lain. BMG kemudian menawari mereka kontrak rekaman.

Hingga tahun 2007, Bragi telah merilis empat album, Janji (1997), Semua Cinta (1998), Belahan Jiwa (2000), dan Bragi 4 (2004),serta album The Best of di tahun 2007.

Stinky adalah grup musik Indonesia. Grup musik ini digawangi oleh Andre Taulany (vokal), Edi (drum), Nanno (gitar), dan Irwan (bas). Stinky telah berkiprah sejak pertengahan tahun 1990an. Sahara band adalah sebuah grup musik yang berdiri tahun 1989 atas rintisan Richard Mutter (ex. PAS Band) dan Ahmad Sebastio. Setelah sejumlah podium festival rock berhasil diduduki, Sahara kemudian menapaki karirnya di dunia rekaman di tahun 1993 dengan album perdana bertajuk Insomnia. Bervokalkan Ixan dan didukung oleh gitaris Dion, bassis Ahmad Sebastio serta drummer Agus Aziz, pada tahun 1995 grup asal Bandung ini berhasil menorehkan namanya di blantika musik negeri dengan single manis Biarlah Sepi dari album keduanya.

Perjalanan

Album TIGA hadir pada tahun 1997 dan sekuelnya berjudul FOURT yang muncul di tahun 2000 serta album THE BEST, sanggup mempertahankan nama Sahara diatara serbuan band-band pendatang baru yang mulai menjamur. Sayangnya, kesibukan tiap personilnya perlahan mulai meredupkan kemilau Sahara hingga mereka menyatakan vakum dari gemerlapnya panggung dan dunia rekaman. Namun begitu, torehan Sahara rupanya membekas cukup dalam di hati para penggemarnya. Sehingga, meski kibaran Sahara telah surut, namun atensi dari penggemar terus mengalir.

Tergugah dengan ketulusan penggemar setia dan kerinduan akan membuat karya-karya indah yang terangkum dalam album, Sahara memutuskan come back! Ahmad Sebastio, Dion serta Rothua, drummer yang menggatikan Aziz di tahun 2000, kemudian memanggil Ridwan Alm. sebagai vokalis baru pengganti Ixan Rantas dan mengangkat Dandy sebagai pengganti Noviar Rachmansyah ex. U’Camp Band dan /rif, gitaris yang sempat hadir di album THE BEST. Dengan formasi teranyar, Sahara telah merilis album baru KEMARIN, KINI DAN NANTI di penghujung tahun 2006.

Album kelimanya ini dibungkus dengan semangat untuk kembali menyapa penggemar dan menumpahkan prahara karya yang melutup cukup lama di dada tiap personil. Tengok single andalan “ Kau Bukan Untukku ”. Meskipun liriknya bercerita tentang kesedihan seorang leleki yang dikhianati cintanya, namun dengan lantunan vokal yang sangat tegar serta aransemen musik yang begitu matang, berhasil membuat tembang ini terkesan benar-benar lelaki! Jauh dari aroma ‘menye-menye’. Begitu juga Aransemen terbaru dari “Biarlah Sepi”. Walau terdengar lebih modern, nuansa nostalgianya masih terasa kuat di setiap sisi. Mereka ternyata bisa membuktikan bahwa keindahan karya-karyanya tidak terkikis oleh waktu, sangat menyiratkan luapan energi serta menunjukkan jati diri mereka sebagai pengusung aliran pop rock.

Satu hal yang perlu diketahui bahwa, kini sahara tampil lebih dewasa tetapi masih tetap berjiwa muda. Tema cinta yang mendasari lagu-lagunya mampu di impretasikannya dengan matang. Meski ada rasa kesedian dan kegalauan, namun cara pengukapannya jauh dari kesan cengeng. Perjalanan panjang yang membuahkan pengalaman berharga menjadi bekal Sahara mengarungi samudra musik Indonesia, kemarin, kini dan nanti.

Dan dalam waktu yang tidak lama lagi Sahara Band dengan formasi anyarnya yang terdiri dari : ALEX (Voc), NIKO (Guitar), GANGAN (Guitar), AHMAD SEBASTIO (Bass) & ROTHUA (Drum), siap BANGKIT kembali menggebrak Blantika MUSIK ROCK INDONESIA!!! Due out this winter, Football Manager 2012 will apparently boast over 800 new features. Cerita Singkat :

Ketika mencoba untuk mengadakan momen kebersamaan sebagai ganti dari bachelor party, Stu, Phil, Alan dan adik Lauren, Teddy , ternyata mengkonsumsi terlalu banyak minuman keras. Keesokan harinya, Stu, Phil dan Alan menemukan diri mereka terbangun di dalam sebuah kamar hotel murah di tengah kota Bangkok. Mereka sama sekali tidak dapat mengingat apa saja hal yang terjadi pada mereka di malam sebelumnya dan bagaimana mereka bisa sampai tertidur di hotel tersebut. Yang lebih parah, mereka ternyata tidak dapat menemukan Teddy. Di bawah bayang-bayang ancaman bahwa pernikahannya dengan Lauren akan batal, Stu bersama Phil dan Alan mulai merekonstruksi ingatan mereka untuk mengingat apa yang sebenarnya terjadi di malam sebelumnya.
